| Mr. Braff is a Managing Director in the Cincinnati Municipal Finance office of RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Braff joined RBC Capital Markets in 2007 after having worked at Seasongood and Mayer, a regional investment banking firm for 29 years. Mr.Braff is responsible for RBC's Ohio Public Finance division and for the development and oversight of RBC Public Fund Services. PFS is a full service provider of investment products and solutions for public entities across the United States. Prior to joining RBC Capital Markets, Mr. Braff was a managing partner at Seasongood and Mayer, responsible for sales, trading, and underwriting of all negotiated finance products. Mr. Braff also formed Seasongood Asset Management in 1999 where he was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Company. Mr. Braff is a registered securities representative, currently holding Series 7, Series 24, Series 53, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses. Mr. Braff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University. |

| Chris DeBow is responsible for public fund product development and client service. Before joining Voyageur (RBC Public Fund Services) in 2007, Chris worked for a major regional bank, were he assisted various public and private entities throughout the Midwest with their investment management needs. He has been in the financial services industry since 1998. Chris received a BA in Economics from the University of Rio Grande and an MBA in Finance from Xavier University. He is a member of several national charitable organizations and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Southwest Chapter. |

| Lee Morgan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client service experience for PFS clients in Ohio. Lee joined RBC GAM (US) in 2007 from Fifth Third Bank, where he spent 14 years assisting governmental, tax-exempt, and other institutional clients with their investment management, banking, and borrowing needs. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1993. Lee earned a BA in Political Science from Bates College and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. |

| Dan Klus is responsible for public fund solution development and client service. Before joining RBC GAM (US) in 2008, Dan worked for an independent registered investment advisor and a major regional bank, focusing on the investment needs of both public and private entities. He began working in the financial services industry in 1992 and has concentrated on institutional client service and business development since 2000. Dan earned a BSBA in Management from Xavier University. He is a member of a school board and several local charitable organizations. |

Ms. Stewart is responsible for RBC’s Ohio Public Finance office administration and business development of RBC Public Fund Services. Prior to joining RBC Capital Markets, Ms. Stewart was a Principal at Seasongood & Mayer, and responsible for all regional negotiated and competitive underwritings. Ms. Stewart also worked in New York for two Wall Street firms, Credit Suisse First Boston on the Capital Markets trading desk, and Morgan Stanley’s Mergers & Acquisition group. Ms. Stewart is a Board of trustee member of the Ohio Municipal Advisory council, an organizer and supporter of the Susan G. Komen Spin for the Cure and several other charities. | Ms. Driver is a Vice President in the Public Fund Services Group dedicated to designing a wide array of reinvestment strategies for municipal issuers through the use of traditional investment agreements and securities portfolios as well as more sophisticated products containing various optionalities. She has been involved in over $12.7 billion in reinvestment transactions in virtually all sectors of public finance. Prior to working with the Public Fund Services Products Group, Ms. Driver worked as a Vice President in RBC Capital Markets’ Housing Group within the Public Finance Department (and William R. Hough & Co. prior to its Merger with RBC) beginning in 1990. Ms. Driver graduated from Florida Southern College with a BA degree. She is currently a National Association of Securities Dealer, Inc. registered representative, holding Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. |

| Pat Harris is responsible for service and marketing of our institutional investment strategies, focusing on solutions for public entities, including Local Government Investment Pools (LGIP). Before joining RBC GAM (US) in 1999, Pat was employed by Ramsey County, Minnesota as an aide to two county commissioners. He has extensive experience working with public entities and non-profit organizations, and he is an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association, the Minnesota Clerks and Finance Officers Association, and a variety of other financial associations. Pat is also a City Council Member in the City of St. Paul, Minnesota, where he is active in numerous public organizations and committees. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1999. Pat earned a BA from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. |

| Rajesh Chainani directs the Pennsylvania School District Liquid Asset Fund (PSDLAF) and New York Liquid Asset Fund (NYLAF) Cash Management Group (CMG). Rajesh is skilled in structuring and managing portfolios for school districts and municipalities focused on cash flow needs and addressing other requirements of public entities. Before joining RBC GAM (US) and RBC Capital Markets, he worked for Ambac Securities, Inc. as a fixed income security/managed account program portfolio manager. Rajesh’s previous experience also includes working as a vice president of investments at J.P. Turner & Company. He earned a degree in Accounting, with minors in Urban Studies and Macroeconomics, from Queens College, The City University of New York. |
